Behold! The Spot Gloss Award A.K.A “one great use for Overnight Print’s short run orders.”
A little back-story… A colleague and I were ‘geeking’ out about the spot gloss on the logo of recruiting cards we just did for DEI (ok, I was geeking out, and he was humoring me). And henceforth started using the term ‘spot gloss’ to define little things that get you excited, that few (if any) people around you would appreciate at all.
So, 5 min and twenty-something dollars later …annnnd a week for printing an shipping, we have the Spot Gloss Awards! Given to people for the little things they do, preferably with little-to-no explanation and just a smile.
Is this overnightprints.com? or did you print these at another site?
I’m trying to get spot gloss on my b.cards and I don’t see the option online. I’ve tried calling, but I’m on hold for a while.
Since this is my first round for these b.cards, I’d like to do a short run to see if I like them and not shell out the cash for a larger run of cards I might not use. All the places I’ve found that do spot gloss or at least list they do spot gloss are long run and restricted to specific time frames.
I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know if it is the right place, and how you ordered them.

Yep overnight prints! Pretty darn good for this type of application and price.
